Brad Findlater

Brad maintains a diverse litigation practice, acting for both individuals and corporations in a variety of different civil and commercial disputes, regularly appearing in all levels of Court in Alberta, and in quasi-judicial and administrative proceedings within various organizations.

Brad’s approach to resolving disputes aims at finding a process which suits each client’s needs, balancing the efficiency and economics of each dispute to determine which approach will lead to the best possible result. As an active participant in the Alberta Limited Legal Services Project, Brad is willing to assist clients on a limited retainer basis when appropriate, such as drafting court documents or making court appearances, as well as through ‘claims coaching’ where appropriate.
